Which scans is the £50 off applied to?
Every adult diagnostic ultrasound and echocardiogram on the summer price list above. Same scan, same consultant-led reporting, same accredited equipment — just £50 cheaper.
How long does the offer run?
Throughout summer 2026 (June, July, August). Book any date within that window to claim the saving.
How quickly will I be seen?
Most scans within 3–7 days, including weekends. Open 8am–8pm 7 days a week including Sundays. Urgent concerns (suspected DVT, acute testicular pain, suspected miscarriage) triaged same-day where capacity allows.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. Reception will phone-triage to make sure the right scan is booked for your symptoms — particularly useful for MSK (which region) and abdominal (whether you need to fast).
Can I use private medical insurance?
Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva, WPA, Cigna and Healix routinely cover diagnostic ultrasound on clinical indication. The £50 summer promo applies to self-pay; insurance claims processed at our standard insured rate. Pre-authorisation usually needed — call your insurer with the requesting consultant's name first.
Who performs the scan?
HCPC-registered sonographers and consultant-grade radiologists. MSK by consultant MSK radiologists with same-visit guided-injection capability. Echocardiograms by BSE-accredited cardiac physiologists, reported by consultant cardiologists. Every report is signed.
Is paediatric ultrasound included?
This summer promotion is for adults (16+) only. Paediatric scans below 16 are referred to specialist paediatric imaging centres in Birmingham — call us to discuss.
