When a self-pay patient completes an online booking, your consultation fee is transferred directly to your bank account on the same day — no invoicing, no chasing. Stripe notifies you of each transfer.
Charges deducted per appointment:

An extended new consultation runs longer and uses the room for longer, so the deduction on that one appointment is £30.00 rather than £20.00.
The patient is charged The Vesey’s standard list price for the appointment — your declared fee does not change what the patient pays. The charges above are deducted from that price and the balance is transferred to you:

Consultations only. A procedure you carry out, or a GP session you cover, is billed by the practice and is not split. If the fee you want differs from the balance our current list price leaves, please contact bookings@thevesey.co.uk so the price can be reviewed — it is not adjusted automatically.
