When a self-pay patient completes an online booking, your consultation fee is transferred directly to your bank account on the same day — no invoicing, no chasing. Stripe notifies you of each transfer.

The patient is charged your declared fee plus £20.00. If your fee is higher than the current standard rate, the patient-facing price adjusts accordingly.
