A comprehensive 30-marker blood screen covering your reproductive hormones, cholesterol, blood sugar, liver, kidney and inflammation markers, then a GP review with Dr Arathai Shanmugam who actually has time to explain what each number means and what to do about it. CQC-regulated, Sutton Coldfield. Pay now to secure your slot; we'll call within one working day.
Cholesterol and lipids (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, cholesterol/HDL ratio), blood sugar (glucose), liver function (ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, bilirubin, albumin), kidney function and electrolytes (creatinine, eGFR, urea, sodium, potassium, chloride, phosphate), inflammation (CRP and high-sensitivity CRP), a full blood count, and reproductive and androgen hormones (FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone, SHBG, free androgen index). 30 markers in total.
It's a great starting point. Dr Arathai will interpret the hormone panel in the context of your symptoms and history. If specialist follow-up is appropriate (gynae or endocrinology), she'll refer you privately or back to your NHS GP with the report attached.
Bloods are usually drawn within 7-10 days of payment. The GP review is booked 1-2 weeks after bloods so the results are ready on the day. We confirm both dates together by phone.
Full refund up to 14 days from purchase. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your visit, fully refundable thereafter. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the booking fee unless rebooked within 30 days.
