Full cancellation policy

7 or more clear days’ notice — full refund (minus 5% fee)

If you cancel your appointment giving 7 or more clear calendar days’ notice before your scheduled appointment date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less a 5% administration and payment processing fee. To qualify, your cancellation must be received in writing or by telephone no later than 7 clear days before your appointment. For example, if your appointment is on a Friday, your cancellation must be received by the Friday of the preceding week at the latest.

48 hours or more notice (but under 7 clear days) — non-refundable, free reschedule

If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice but less than 7 clear days before your appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable. However, you are entitled to reschedule your appointment to another available date and time at no additional charge. Rescheduled appointments are subject to the same cancellation policy. Only one free reschedule is permitted per original booking.

Under 48 hours’ notice — non-refundable, no reschedule

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice before your appointment, and all no-shows, are non-refundable. Appointments cancelled within this window cannot be rescheduled under the free reschedule entitlement. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness. We strongly recommend ensuring you can attend before booking and contacting us as early as possible if your circumstances change.

General notes

  • All cancellations must be communicated by telephone on 0121 387 3727 or in writing to admin@thevesey.co.uk.
  • Cancellation time is calculated from the time The Vesey receives your cancellation, not the time it is sent.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
  • The 5% administration fee applicable to refunds covers payment processing and administrative costs and is non-negotiable.
  • The Vesey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or an alternative appointment arranged at your convenience.
  • This policy applies to all bookings made online, by telephone, or in person.
