When should you get your heart health checked?
The NHS recommends all adults aged 40–74 have an NHS Health Check every 5 years. However, if you have a family history of heart disease, are over 40, smoke, have diabetes, or are concerned about your blood pressure or cholesterol, it is worth getting a private health check sooner rather than waiting.

Blood pressure checks are available as part of a GP appointment (from £90) or as part of our Essential Health Assessment (£99). Appointments are typically available within 48 hours.
The Essential Health Assessment (£99) includes ECG, blood pressure, body composition analysis, blood lipids, HbA1c (diabetes check) and a 45-minute clinical consultation.
