What's not included

We'd rather you know before you join. Your subscription covers the GP appointments, annual health screening and benefits listed on your plan. It does not include:

  • Blood tests beyond your plan's annual health screening — charged separately at guide prices, with subscriber-preferential rates.
  • Scans, imaging and other diagnostics — charged separately at guide prices.
  • Specialist consultations — chargeable, with your plan's 15–25% subscriber discount applied.
  • Extra GP appointments beyond your plan's allowance — Essential subscribers pay a discounted £65 per additional appointment (vs the £90 standard rate), or you can upgrade your plan.

All prices are guide prices and are confirmed at booking. We'll always tell you the cost of any additional test or appointment before you commit to it.

Everything you need to know

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel at any time and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — call us on 0121 387 3727 or email hello@thevesey.co.uk and we will adjust your subscription at the next billing cycle.
Can I use a subscription for video or phone appointments?
Yes. Video and phone GP consultations count towards your appointment allowance and are available to subscribers nationwide, from anywhere in the UK.
Does my subscription cover my family?
Each subscription is per individual. Family members can each have their own subscription at the same rate. Contact us about family packages for households of 3 or more.
What happens if I use all my appointments before the year ends?
You can book additional appointments at a discounted subscriber rate. Essential subscribers pay £65 per additional appointment (vs £90 standard). Or upgrade to the Advanced or Executive plan for more appointments.
Where are you based and when are you open?
The Vesey is at Unit 3, The Courtyard, Reddicap Trading Estate, Sutton Coldfield B75 7BU. We are open 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm, including Sundays. Free on-site parking.
