Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Cancel with 7 or more clear days' notice for a full refund minus a 5% fee. With 48 hours or more (but under 7 days) you can reschedule free of charge, though the booking fee itself is non-refundable. Under 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
