PMI is reactive — it covers treatment once someone is ill. Our assessments are proactive — they find issues early, before they become expensive or disruptive. Most PMI policies do not include annual health assessments. They complement each other perfectly.
"We have an Employee Assistance Programme in place."
EAPs focus primarily on mental health and counselling. Our assessments cover physical health — cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory — which EAPs don't address. The two services sit alongside each other. Many of our clients use both.
"It's not in our budget this year."

Individual health data is never shared with the employer without the express written consent of the individual. You receive only anonymised aggregate workforce data. We operate in full compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

We work with businesses from 5 employees upwards. Volume discounts begin at 10 staff. There is no upper limit — we have structured programmes for teams of 200+.
For larger cohorts (typically 30+ staff), we can discuss on-site assessment options. For most corporate clients, attending our Sutton Coldfield clinic is preferred — it removes staff from the office environment and provides a more thorough clinical experience. We offer extended hours (8am–8pm, 7 days) to minimise operational disruption.
Every individual receives their own confidential personal health report — this is never shared with the employer without the individual's written consent. With appropriate consent gathered at registration, we can provide an anonymised aggregate workforce health summary report for HR, ESG, or occupational health reporting purposes.
Yes — employer invoicing is available on 30-day terms for established corporate accounts. We accept BACS transfer, credit card, and cheque. For new accounts, a deposit or prepayment may be required. Annual or quarterly invoicing structures are available for rolling programmes.
From agreement of terms to first appointments, typically 1–2 weeks. We provide a booking link for your staff to self-schedule at their preferred times. Same-week individual appointments are often available during quieter periods. We'll always confirm a schedule that works around your team's availability.
