CQC-registered
The Vesey Private Hospital is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Registration means we are inspected against the CQC's standards of safety, effectiveness and governance.

Practising privileges & credentialing
Consultants who see patients at The Vesey do so under a practising privileges model: before any clinician works here, they go through a structured credentialing process — application, professional registration and document checks, and sign-up to our practising privileges policy — and their credentials are kept under review. Clinician profiles are published on our website in line with CMA requirements.

No clinic gets everything right every time. What matters is what happens next. Our commitments:
- Concerns and complaints are acknowledged within 2 working days.
- Formal complaints receive a full written response within 10 working days — and if a complex case needs longer, we keep you informed throughout.
- If you remain unsatisfied, you can escalate to the CQC, or seek independent review through ISCAS (the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service).
