LiveWell is an AI-assisted clinical service delivered under license by The Vesey Private Hospital — CQC-registered, Sutton Coldfield. A named clinician reviews your plan; you are never speaking to an unsupervised AI. CQC registration →

You've been told to "just do the exercises" enough times.

Chronic pain rarely responds to a single fix, and being handed another isolated tip after months or years of trying things can feel exhausting rather than hopeful. LiveWell is a full programme built around that reality — not another quick trick.

How the programme works

An application and assessment first — then eight structured weeks, led by a real multidisciplinary team.

Apply

Assessment-gated entry — this isn't instant subscribe-and-go. You apply for the next intake, and we confirm fit before you start.

8-week curriculum

Psychologist, physio, OT and prescriber-led input covering pacing, goal-setting and pain science education.

Full safety net

Reuses the physio red-flag safety net and the CBT crisis pathway — you're covered by both, not a lighter version of either.

Moderated group

A genuinely social, peer-support element — moderated throughout, the one LiveWell feature the other three services don't have.

Covered by both safety nets, not a lighter version of either

LiveWell doesn't build a new, thinner safety system for a longer programme — it carries MoveWell's red-flag screening and MindWell's crisis pathway for the full eight weeks.

What LiveWell will do

  • Screen for physio red flags throughout the programme, not just at intake
  • Keep the CBT crisis pathway active every week, never gated
  • Route any flagged concern to the right clinician on the MDT
  • Moderate the peer group throughout, not just at set-up

What it won't do

  • Accept new or acute-onset pain as a substitute for the assessment
  • Replace emergency care — call 999 if this is an emergency
  • Run an unmoderated group at any point in the 8 weeks

Evidence you can trust

Built on the NICE guideline for chronic pain and the British Pain Society's pain management programme model.

Everything you need to know

Who is this for?
LiveWell is for adults with chronic pain — pain that has lasted, or is expected to last, beyond three months — who have typically already tried physiotherapy or other medical routes and need a structured, multidisciplinary self-management programme, not another single-issue quick fix.
What if I'm in crisis or have a red-flag symptom during the programme?
LiveWell carries both the physio red-flag safety net and the CBT crisis pathway throughout the full 8 weeks — if a red-flag symptom or a mental health crisis is flagged at any point, it escalates immediately, exactly as MoveWell and MindWell do on their own. Call 999 in an emergency, or Samaritans 116 123 for a mental health crisis.
Do I need to have tried physio first?
Not formally required, but LiveWell is built for chronic, ongoing pain rather than a new or acute injury — the application assessment helps confirm it's the right fit, and will point you toward MoveWell or an in-person referral first if your pain looks acute rather than chronic.
