How we assess and investigate
Educational programmes are designed by clinicians with experience in both clinical practice and medical education. Needs assessment questionnaires are completed by participants prior to each course. Competency assessment is embedded in practical workshops — participants receive written feedback on their performance. CPD certificates are issued following completion of accredited programmes. Smaller group sizes (maximum 8 per clinical skills session) ensure individual attention and supervised practice time.
