The respiratory consultation includes a detailed symptom history covering breathlessness, cough, wheeze, and sleep patterns. Spirometry with bronchodilator reversibility is performed in-clinic. FeNO (exhaled nitric oxide) testing for eosinophilic airway inflammation is available. Peak flow diary review and home oximetry assessment where appropriate. Chest X-ray and high-resolution CT thorax are arranged through radiology partners. Sleep studies including home oximetry and full polysomnography referral for suspected OSA.
