The most common tennis injury. Pain on the outer elbow, often worsened by gripping or twisting. Physio, injections and technique advice all available.
Shoulder pain on serving or overhead shots. Rotator cuff tears and tendinopathy need accurate diagnosis — ultrasound guided injection often resolves this quickly.
