About your Advanced Assessment

How long does the Advanced Assessment take?
The Advanced Assessment appointment takes approximately 60 minutes. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.
When will I receive my results?
Verbal results are given at the end of your appointment. Your written report is delivered promptly by email — a clear, jargon-free document with your results and a 12-month action plan.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book your Advanced Assessment directly online or by calling 0121 387 3727. No GP referral is required.
What should I do before my appointment?
Please fast for 12 hours before your appointment if your assessment includes blood tests. Drink water normally. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before. Wear comfortable clothing.
Can I add extra tests on the day?
Yes. Additional tests and panels can be added to your Advanced Assessment. Our clinical team will advise on options most relevant to your health history.
