Ways to work with us

Referral

Refer to any service

Consultant clinics, diagnostics, health assessments and our GP service, through one referral form with your partner code.

Shared care

Shared-care services

Agreed monitoring and follow-up you carry out for our patients, at an agreed fee per service.

Sessions

Work clinics with us

Sessional, salaried and virtual GP roles are covered on our GP careers page.

What partnering gives you

  • One route for everything. Consultant clinics, diagnostics and assessments on one site, through one referral form.
  • Results and letters back. Outcomes go to the referring GP when the patient agrees, so your record stays complete.
  • A named contact. Our partnerships team handles your queries and keeps your practice details current.
  • Shared care, properly paid. Agreed shared-care services are paid at the fee we agree with you.

What we ask of a partner

  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
  • Inclusion on a performers list, or evidence of your current licence for private work
  • Professional indemnity that covers any shared care you take on
  • A signed partner agreement and data sharing agreement
  • A declaration of any conflicts of interest

How fees and your partner code work

  • Paid for the work you do. Where you deliver a service for one of our patients, we pay an agreed fee for that service through Stripe Connect. We never pay for referrals or prescriptions, and nothing about a patient’s care depends on where they were referred from.
  • Your partner code. Every approved partner gets its own code, for example VGP-9HN2XB. Put it on the referrals you send through our professional referral form, or share your own referral link, so we know who to send letters and results back to.
  • The patient chooses. Your patient decides where to be seen. We give them the information to choose, and we never pay you for the referral itself.
  • Paid securely. Fees are paid into your own Stripe account, set up through Stripe’s own onboarding, with a statement of each service paid.

GPs partner questions

Do you pay GPs for referrals?

No. Paying for referrals is not allowed, and GMC guidance says a doctor must not accept inducements that could affect a referral. We pay only for services you deliver, at an agreed fee.

Can an NHS GP partner with you?

Yes. Many referrals come from NHS GPs whose patients choose private care. Partnering gives you letters back, a named contact and a referral link.

Is this the same as working at The Vesey?

No. Partnering is for GPs outside the practice. If you would like to work clinics here, see our GP careers page.

Do I have to be a partner to refer?

No. Any registered professional can use our professional referral form.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There is no joining fee.
