We are building a network of pharmacies, optometrists, GPs and rehabilitation professionals who share the care of our patients. Partners get a clear referral route, letters back, a named contact and an agreed fee for the services they deliver.

Dispense the private prescriptions patients choose to bring to you, with delivery and counselling paid at an agreed fee.

What every partner gets
- A partner code and referral link. Referrals you send carry your code, so letters and results come back to you.
- A named contact. Our partnerships team looks after your account and your questions.
- Paid work. Services you deliver for our patients are paid at an agreed fee into your own Stripe account.
- A workspace on our side. Your onboarding, agreements, services and fees are tracked in one place, so you are asked for things once.
The rule we keep
Paid for the work you do. Where you deliver a service for one of our patients, we pay an agreed fee for that service through Stripe Connect. We never pay for referrals or prescriptions, and nothing about a patient’s care depends on where they were referred from.
Patients always choose where they are seen and where their prescriptions are dispensed.

Apply
Tell us who you are, your registration and the services you could offer. It takes about five minutes.
A conversation
Our partnerships team calls you within five working days to agree the services, the fees and how referrals flow.
Checks and agreement
We check your registration and indemnity, and we both sign a partner agreement and a data sharing agreement.
Your code and go live
Once our clinical lead signs off, you get your partner code, your referral link and your Stripe payout set up.
Partner questions
Do you pay partners for referrals?
No. Paying for referrals or prescriptions is not allowed in UK private healthcare, and we do not do it. Partners are paid an agreed fee for clinical services they deliver for our patients.
What is a partner code for?
It tells us which partner a referral came from, so letters and results go back to the right professional and we can report referrals to you. It is not a commission code.
Who decides where a patient is seen?
The patient. Every patient is told they may choose any provider, and partners are listed as options, never a requirement.
Is The Vesey regulated?
Yes. The Vesey is a private clinic in Sutton Coldfield registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no joining fee for any partner type.
