Can I use my Vitality cover at The Vesey?
Yes. The Vesey in Sutton Coldfield is approved to see Vitality health insurance members, and we bill Vitality directly for authorised treatment. You usually need a GP referral first. Start a claim in the Care Hub in Vitality’s Member Zone or Member app, check your plan’s hospital list includes us, then book with your authorisation number.
How to use your Vitality cover, step by step
Get a referral
Vitality usually needs a GP referral. Ask your NHS GP for an open referral, or use Vitality’s own GP service.
Claim in the Care Hub
Log in to Member Zone or the Vitality Member app and start a care request. Vitality checks your cover.
Book with us
Call 0121 387 3705 or book a specialist online and choose the insured option. Quote your authorisation number.
Come in, we claim
Vitality normally settles the bill with us directly. We collect only your excess, if your plan has one.
What to have ready
- Your Vitality membership number
- The authorisation number from your claims letter
- Your GP referral letter
- Photo ID and a list of any medicines you take
What you pay
- Nothing upfront for covered care. We send the bill to Vitality for treatment they have authorised.
- Your excess. If your policy has an excess, we collect it from you and Vitality pays the rest.
- Anything outside your cover. If a fee is above your benefit limit or a service is not covered, we tell you the cost before you go ahead.
- No authorisation, no claim. If you are seen without an authorisation code, you may have to pay the full fee yourself.
