Can I use my WPA cover at The Vesey?
Yes. The Vesey in Sutton Coldfield is approved to see WPA members, and we bill WPA directly for authorised treatment. Pre-authorise your claim in the WPA Health app or My WPA, or by phone, then book with us quoting your membership number and authorisation reference. How to use your WPA cover, step by step
Check your scheme
Your WPA benefit schedule says what is covered, any excess, and whether you need a GP referral first.
Pre-authorise with WPA
Use the WPA Health app or My WPA, or call WPA. Many claims get a decision straight away.
Book with us
Call 0121 387 3705 or book a specialist online and choose the insured option. Quote your authorisation reference.
Come in, we claim
We send the bill to WPA and collect only your excess or contribution, if your scheme has one.
What to have ready
- Your WPA membership number
- Your WPA authorisation reference
- Your GP referral letter, if your scheme needs one
- Photo ID and a list of any medicines you take
What you pay
- Nothing upfront for covered care. We send the bill to WPA for treatment they have authorised.
- Your excess. If your policy has an excess, we collect it from you and WPA pays the rest.
- Anything outside your cover. If a fee is above your benefit limit or a service is not covered, we tell you the cost before you go ahead.
- No authorisation, no claim. If you are seen without an authorisation code, you may have to pay the full fee yourself.

Through the WPA Health app or My WPA, the members’ area of WPA’s website, or by calling WPA. Have your membership number and your GP’s recommendation ready.
