Which health check should I choose?

If you live within reach of Sutton Coldfield, choose a health assessment at The Vesey: Essential for a baseline, Advance for a full ECG, a broader blood panel and time with a GP, or Executive for the most complete picture, including a VO2 max test and extra screening from age 40. If you live elsewhere in the UK, the £159 Vital Check is done at a partner clinic near you, with a video appointment with one of our GPs. If you are unsure, call us and we will help you choose.

Can I have a health check if I don’t live near Sutton Coldfield?

Yes. The Vesey Vital Check is done at a partner clinic near you, anywhere in the UK. You choose the clinic and pay £159 online, a Health Advisor invites you to book your visit, and a GP goes through your results with you by video.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book any of these checks yourself, online or by phone.

Do I need to fast before my blood test?

Usually yes, for the cholesterol and blood sugar markers. We tell you how long to fast when we confirm your appointment and suggest a morning slot.

Is a health check a diagnosis?

No. Screening looks for signs that need a closer look; it cannot rule out every condition. That is why a clinician goes through your results with you and agrees any next steps. If you have symptoms that worry you, see a GP rather than waiting for a check.

Can I add more blood tests?

Yes. You can book a single panel, such as the Heart Health or Lifestyle Screen blood test, on its own, or ask about adding tests when you book. Any further tests a clinician recommends after your check are discussed with you and quoted separately.
